Vegan Brunch

Fakin' Bacon

This Sunday brunch salad is amazing...


All you have to do is cook the tempeh bacon (you can find in the Natures Market at Wegmans) on a grill pan on stove top.

Pair it with lightly sautéed kale, avocado slices, black beans and a small amount of Kite Hill Chive Cream Cheese. IF you want extra proteins, you can add lentils (pictured above with some brown rice).
