Give 'em pumpkin to talk about!
This recipe is simple, delicious and full of fall flavors! It's also dairy free & gluten free. Perfect for breakfast or an afternoon delight, xo
Ingredients:
Forager Cashew Yogurt (plain or vanilla)
Organic Pumpkin Puree
1 frozen banana
Pumpkin Pie Spice
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Ice cubes
Purely Elizabeth original granola
Receipe:
In a blender add two 4 tbsp pumpkin puree, 2 tbsp vanilla cashew yogurt, 1 whole frozen banana, dash of both cinnamon, nutmeg and extra pumpkin spice. Blend together with 2 ice cubes, until smooth.
To Prepare:
In a small mason jar or bowl continuously rotate between:
-a small amount of pumpkin layer
-a layer of cashew yogurt
-sprinkle of granola (option to add in a couple extra banana slices)
Keep rotating until you run out of ingredients!
You guys have to try this recipe. It's simple and delicious. Not much goes into the pumpkin layer...keeping it low in sugar as possible (except for the banana).
Limited ingredients go a long way with living a healthier lifestyle.
