Acai, GREENS, Almonds, Fruit, Sunwarrior Protein, Cacao & MORE!
For the morning's when you really just need a bowl of fruit and fancy toppings...
Or for a post workout with added protein! Your body will thank you (so will your skin)
-GET GLOWING-
The smoothie:
1/2 pure acai packet
1/2 frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (may need to add more to reduce thickness)
*see tip below*
1 scoop VEGAN protein (my favorites, vanilla SUNWARRIOR or GARDEN of LIFE)
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 cup spinach/kale (get those greens in all day long)
DASH of cinnamon
Blend in food processor. Scoop out with spoon into bowl. Top with your favorite toppings. I love:
-unsweetened coconut flakes
-cacao nibs
-purely elizabeth granola (my favorite)
-goji berries
-fresh fruit slices
TIP- Start with 1/4 cup almond milk. The consistency NEEDS to be thick. So don't over add the liquid. You can always add more, so start with a small amount.
Incorporate a bowl into your diet a couple times a week and your skin will GLOW. Feed your body the rainbow. It will thank you.
