Acai you over there...
A healthy obsession...that I believe is a skin rejuvenator!
The Bowl:
1 packet PURE acai frozen (or two tbsp acai powder)
1 half frozen banana
1/2 cup mixed fruit, typically I use just blueberries and strawberries
Handful spinach/kale mix
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1-2 scoops plant-based vanilla protein
MIX in blender.
Favorite extra toppings: Hemp Hearts (are a must), Extra Fruit Slices, Purely Elizabeth Original Granola, Coconut Flakes, Sprinkled with Cinnamon!
