FUEL ME UP!
-1/2 banana
-2 egg whites (1/4 cup egg whites)
-1 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
-Dash of cinnamon
Mash banana in a bowl so it turns into a mixture. Add egg whites and milk, then stir. Add protein powder and dash of cinnamon to pancake mix. When the griddle is HOT (I mean ready to go) scoop 1/4 cup of mix onto pan. I usually can get 3 to 4 pancakes out of this mixture! TIP: you have to let the pancakes sit for a few minutes before flipping, that way they don’t fall apart! It took me a few times to MASTER them. Top them off with a small spoonful of peanut butter, the rest of the banana you have to the side, and a few berries. You can get creative with them or just use simple syrup.
