Overnight Protein Oats

Feel good mornin's start with a bowl of proats.

This bowl is perfect for breakfast OR post workout meal!


Ingredients:

Gluten Free Oats

Plant Based Chocolate Protein (or whatever you perfer)

Cinnamon

Goji Berries

Almonds

Blueberries

Peanut Butter


Recipes:

Combine 1/3 cup oatmeal, with 1 scoop protein powder and a dash of cinnamon. Mix throughly with HOT water (that is my biggest TIP...this way the oats soften up before placing in refrigerator). Place bowl in the refrigerator OVER NIGHT or for 2-3 hours. Once oats are cold and thick, top with 1-2 tbsp peanutbutter, blueberries, raw almonds, and goji berries!


Beauty Foodie staple! Oats are on the top of my list and always in our pantry. We like GF quick cooking oats and GF steel cut, Bob Red Mill's brand.
