Creamy Coconut Oats

A heart healthy bowl. A bowl full of beauty foods.


-1/2 cup gluten free oats (Bob’s Red Mills Gluten Free Oats) -1 cup Coconut Milk (unsweetened) -Blueberries and Strawberries -1/2 Banana -1 tbsp Chia Seeds *Drizzle of honey is opt

Mix oats with milk, cook on stovetop or microwave for about a minute and a half. When ready, mix in chia seeds and fruit. I always splash a little extra milk if needed. I like my oats to be creamy. The hint of coconut is my favorite part of this bowl. Perfect for a cold, snowy day! Enjoy!
