Coconut Chia Pudding


  1. 2 cups coconut milk

  2. 1/2 cup Chia Seeds.

  3. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

  4. 1/4 cup (or less) maple syrup (or sub any sweetener)

  5. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Mix everything into a jar and let it sit overnight (or for 4 hours) in refrigerator. When prepared seperate chia pudding into 4 small bowls.


Favorite beauty food add ins?

- sliced banana

- coconut shavings

- chopped raw almonds

- a couple organic caoco nibs


This is a great breakfast, mid-day snack or even dessert option!
