A brunch of goodness in a bowl
We have brunch every sunday. Whether we go out or stay in, we ALWAYS brunch. If we stay in, babe will start the breakfast and I will make the coffee (or run down the rd to the coffee shop for some lattes)!
The Brunch Bowl (CAN BE MADE VEGAN):
- sauteed kale and spinach with evoo, salt, pepper, garlic
- chopped red* onion
- chopped cherry tomatoes
- sliced avocado
- organic eggs, fried or hard boiled
- arugula
- hashbrowns (you can just buy these at the store and heat'em up on stove)
- hot sauce OR salsa!
- kite hill cream cheese (I'll take a couple spoonfuls and top it on the hasbrowns)
Combine everything in bowl and make it look pretty, because it's all about presentation! Then, take a picture and tag me!
*VEGAN option: use fakin' bakin! its bacon flaved tempeh, delicious and full of flavor!
