Easy mid-afternoon or mid-morning snack!
Kite hill, is one of my favorite dairy free options.
Their dairy free/vegan yogurt and cream cheese options are the best (in my opinion)!
Here's the low down:
Plain Kite Hill Almond Milk Yogurt
Topped with blueberries and a half chopped up KIND bar OR I'll use Purely Elizabeth orginal granola. DASH of cinnamon & thats it!
*If I want extra protein, I'll add a tbsp of pb and mix it in.
