Veggie Loaded Sandwich with Garlic Hummus

Vegan & Delicious.


Chop: -Tomatoes -Cucumber -Mushrooms -Avocado -Bell pepper -Artichoke hearts -Spinach

Bread- GF Canyon Bakehouse (light and airy, not as dense as other GF breads). OR whatever bread you desire!

1. Spread garlic hummus on each side of toasted* bread. 2. Load in veggies and avocado slices. 3. Slice and ENJOY!


*TIP This sandwich may get a little messy, however if you glue it together with a little extra hummus in between the veggies it should stay together!
