Lettuce Celebrate!
Again, another meatless option that is filling, nutrient dense and delicious!
What you'll need to do is just combine the bottom ingredients together and place in lettuce wrap...it's that simple!
-Black beans
-Avocado
-Salsa (we usually mix salsa with avocado)
-Purple cabbage,
-Green bell pepper
-BAKED cauliflower bites: take chopped cauliflower and toss it with olive oil and taco seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees, thats all.
And now, enjoy! We like pairing taco nights with black rice sea salt chips!
