The only bowl you'll AVO want this winter.
-1 cup Kale -1/2 Avocado -Green Peas -Cherry Tomatoes -1/2 Sweet Potato -1/4 cup Brown Rice -Broccoli
Cook everything separately. Layer bottom of bowl with kale and place all ingredients aside one another. Drizzle olive oil on top, lemon juice and black pepper. Another seasoning I use is Salad Topping (salt free), it contains, parsley, basil, black pepper, oregano, and garlic.
So flavorful, I L O V E it. This bowl is delicious and nutritious, a MUST try.
