If you are trying to watch your calories or carb intake, this is a great little lunch!
*Can be made into a vegan*
Replace the wrap with turkey slices (we use organic, smoked turkey).
For the inside: mustard or mayo (vegan option - vegan mayo, my favorite Sir Kensington original), cucumber slices and garnished with parsley!
Seal wrap with toothpick (or it WILL fall apart).
For my sides of choice: fruit, extra cucumber and a must needed crunch! Whether that is carrots or chips! I perfer a chip like crunch...my favorite Harvest Snaps, light salted! (NOM)
Hydrate with water water water!
