Easy salad to prep for the week ahead! Grab-n-go lunches!


- iceburg lettuce

- cherry tomatoes

- organic sprouts

- cucumber

- avocado

- sunflower seeds (are one of my favorite salad toppings)

- sliced turkey


Dressing is typically oil and vinegar with garlic and black pepper!

You can pair it with whatever dressing you like...as long as you pay attention to the nutrients lable. Dressings can be loaded with sodium and sugar...which is why I make my own or ask for the dressing on the side at resturants!
