Flatbread Pizza

You wanna pizza me? Do you?!

Gluten Free and Dairy Free


For the recipe...

We used store bought GF pizza dough, but regular will work as well.

For the toppings:

1. Saute spinach on stove top with EVOO and season with garlic, salt and pepper. Remove and place in bowl.

2. Saute chopped red* onion and mushrooms with olive oil in same pan. Cook together for about 5-10 minutes. Once cooked, place in a seperate bowl.

3. Prepare 1-2 pieces of WILD CAUGHT salmon (as directed). Once cooked, pull apart with a fork to get small pieces.

3. For dough, depending on what kind you are using or if it's homemade...take a fork and make holes in the dough (after flatening it out). This will alow air to escape from the bottom.

4. Apply pesto to the dough (again, using whatever pesto you like)

-we use vegan basil pesto

5. Top with spinach, onion, mushroom, salmon pieces!

6. Preheat oven to 500 degrees, and bake the pizza for 8-12 minutes. Until crust is golden. *Make sure you keep an eye on it* (everyone's ovens are different)!

7. Once cooked, I LOVE to add extra greens to the top or color. For this pizzetta, arugula is my choice!


Now go ahead and enjoy this with a glass of red wine!
