VIVA LA CHIA!
A breakfast that is clean, nutritious (of course), and will keep ya feeling full until lunch!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk OR Coconut Milk
1/8th tsp Vanilla
DASH of Honey (I use about a tsp)
Directions:
Mix chia seeds with liquid ingredients into mason jar or tupperware that has lid. Mix well. It is best to let the pudding sit overnight in refrigerator (to create a thick consistency).
In the morning pour pudding into bowl. Top with 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, fresh berries, banana slices and about 3 tbsp of your favorite granola.

My favorite granola: Purely Elizabeth Original. I will place 3 tbsp of granola into a separate bowl and mix with 1 tsp of organic cacoa powder, before placing it on top of chia seeds.
