GIMMIE ALL THE OMEGA'S!
Ingredients:
Haddock
Lemon Juice
Black Pepper
EVOO
Hot Sauce/Cayenne Pepper
Directions:
-Turn broil on high
-Lay 4 pieces of fish on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, about 2-4 tbsp.
-Squeeze half lemon on top of fish and garnish with black pepper (option to add cayenne pepper, if you don't choose to top with franks hot sauce after cooked)
-Flip over fish and do that same on oppostie side
-Once preheated, place in oven for 8 minutes! Checking to make sure it's not burning!
-You'll know it's done when the fish pulls apart with a fork
We love pairing our fish with roasted greens garnished with garlic. Broccoli, green beans and brussesl sprouts!
